七輪概念與人體七個能量中心

在古代東印度便開始盛行的瑜珈術中，將人體分為七個能量中心，這七個能量中心因為是以盤旋的輪狀出現，所以名為七重輪。

這七輪分別是：海底輪、臍輪、太陽輪(又稱胃輪)、心輪、喉輪、眉心輪、頂輪

 

1、海底輪

晶石的顏色：紅色或黑色以及棕色和灰色

晶石的作用：保護、接地、穩定、體力、意志力、安全

具體的晶石：紅色/黑色、血石、黑色電氣石、石榴石、赤鐵礦、縞瑪瑙、黃鐵礦、菱錳礦、紅鋅礦、紅碧玉、黑曜石、紅寶石、煙晶

Colors of Stone ：Red or black Also brown and gray

Stone used for：Protection、Grounding、Stability、Physical Energy、Will Power、Security、

Specific Stones：Bloodstone、Black Tourmaline、Garnet、Black or Red、Hematite、Onyx、Pyrite、Rhodochrosite、Red Zincite、Red Jasper、Red/Black、Obsidian、Ruby、Smoky Quartz

 

2、本我輪

晶石的顏色：橙色以及藍綠色和淺棕色

晶石的作用：創造力、清理、直覺、性、生殖欲望、情感

具體的晶石：琥珀、瑪瑙、螢石、綠松石、鐵虎眼石、虎眼石、釩鉛礦

Colors of Stone ：Orange Also Blue-green and light brown

Stone used for：Creativity、Cleansing、Intuition、Sexuality、Reproduction Desire、Emotion、

Specific Stones：Amber、Carnelian、Fluorite、Turquoise、Tiger Iron、Tigers Eye、Vanadinite

 

3、太陽神經叢

晶石的顏色：黃色和金色

晶石的作用：野心、智力、個人力量、保護

具體的晶石：紫黃晶、琥珀、方解石、黃水晶、虎眼石/鐵虎眼石、黃玉、黃碧玉

Colors of Stone：Yellow and Gold

Stone used for：Ambition、Intellect、Personal Power、Protection

Specific Stones：Ametrine、Amber、Calcite、Citrine、Tiger’s/Iron、Topaz、Yellow Jasper

 

4、心輪

晶石的顏色：綠色、粉色以及紅色

晶石的作用：愛、同情心、情緒平衡、宇宙意識

具體的晶石：綠玉髓、矽孔雀石、翡翠、東陵玉、碧玉、孔雀石、橄欖石、粉晶、紅寶石、綠簾石、西瓜碧璽

Colors of Stone：Green and Pin Also Red

Stone used for：Love、Compassion、Emotions、Balance、Universal Conscoiusness

Specific Stones：Chrysoprase、Chrysocolla、Emerald、Green Aventurine、Jade、Malachite、Peridot、Rose Quartz、Ruby、Unakite、Watermelon Tourmaline

 

5、喉輪

晶石的顏色：藍色

晶石的作用：清晰溝通、自我表達、真理

具體的晶石：天使石、天河石、藍色方解石、藍紋瑪瑙、藍晶石、藍色黃水晶、方鈉石、綠松石

Colors of Stone：Blue

Stone used for：Communication、Clarity、Self Expression、Truth

6、眉心輪

晶石的顏色：靛藍色和紫色以及紅色

晶石的作用：精神意識、心靈感應能力、直覺內心的智慧

具體的晶石：紫水晶、藍銅礦、青金石、彼得石、藍寶石、蘇紀石

7、頂輪

晶石的顏色：紫色和清澈的白色以及粉色和淺紫色

晶石的作用：開悟、宇宙意識、宇宙/源頭能量

具體的晶石：紫水晶、清澈的石英、鑽石、石英、蛇紋石

Colors of Stone：Violet & White/Clear Also pink and light purple

Stone used for：Enlightenment、Cosmic、Consciousness、Universal/Source、Energy

Specific Stones：Amethyst、Clear Quartz、Diamond、Quartz、Serpentine
